Needle

Needle valves are adjustable valves that restrict flow in both directions and can provide full shut-off. They are ideal for general industrial and mobile applications including plastic injection molding machines, packaging equipment, machine tools, car washes, hospital beds, and many types of automotive equipment.

Deltrol Offers (2) varieties, the Pneu-Trol® brand and the Easy Read® brand. Pneu-Trol needle valves offer a wide range of flow adjustment because of the fine thread and tapered needle. Unwanted changes in adjustment are prevented by a locknut. A tamperproof adjustment key is standard; a knurled knob is available at slight extra cost. Easy Read needle valves incorporate a metal setting knob and stem for added durability. Color coding on stem allows you to precisely set flow requirements by simply turning the knob to the appropriate marking.
